To evaluate your competitive advantage, a qualitative and quantitative analysis is completed of your competitors and potential clients.
3. Brand Strategy
Using the above information, we will define your position in your industry as well as your positioning statement. This particular exercise will keep you focused on your appropriate target audience and differentiate your value proposition. In addition, this lays the groundwork for your marketing mix – whether this includes digital, traditional, and/or exhibition strategies. Your new overall brand strategy will influence all your marketing and advertising efforts as well as shape your operational decision making.
After establishing your new vision, we will recommend actionable tactics for you to execute whether it’s with your internal marketing team or Alinea to capitalize on your growth opportunities.
Upon completing the White Board Session, you and your team will be given the tools to navigate and have a basic understanding of how to market and advertise in the modern world.
This includes understanding the correct platforms for leveraging your voice and brand, as well as best practices to keep you well informed in your domain.
